"Friendly staff, close to the airport, easy to get there and back and they handle pretty much all of it. It's a 3.5 star stay, so you would not expect luxury. As mentioned, comfortable and clean stay. Really a 4.5/5 star rating. Would go back again."

"The staff at this property were amazing. So helpful, so kind. Loved the location away from the chaos of Shibuya / Shinjuku. Would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with your family or with friends- the room sizes are generous. This hotel is an easy 5-min walk from the subway."

"The hotel was great and in a good location. Close to the train and the metro, and next door to several museums. Check in was a mess though, a very long line at 3 pm, and done on computers. Mine didn't recognize my passport so I had to enter all my information manually, then the system hang up when it was time to pay. It took me 30-45 minutes from the time I walked in the lobby to the time I got my room key."

"Great stay in a fantastic location! The hotel is a little dated, but it is still very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The area is amazing — lots of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and easy transport options nearby. Kinshicho is a lively and busy area, but we really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything it had to offer. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of Tokyo Skytree from our window — absolutely beautiful, especially at night. We had a great time staying here and would definitely come back again!"

"The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back."
