La propiedad está en el pueblo de xul ha, como a 15-20 min de Bacalar.
En muy tranquila la zona y también está cerca de la laguna.
Tienen un club de playa padrísimo que me doy 10/10, nos la pasamos todo el día ahí súper a gusto, ya que tiene zona tanto bajita como profunda, hay columpios hamacas, muelle con diferentes alturas para brincar, etc.
Pero la estancia no estuvo tan cómoda porque me cambiaron 3 veces de habitación, ya que en una se salía el agua del lavamanos y el desagüe de la regadera estaba tapado, al igual que la segunda habitación. Y en la tercera, que fue en la que me quedé casi no salía agua de la regadera, y no había agua caliente. Pero me comentaron que fue porque había estado lloviendo y no habían ido los plomeros.
La verdad no tengo realmente una queja porque la señora que te recibe fue muy amable conmigo y me imagino que quien es el dueño, respondió todas mis llamadas. Las camas están bien, los espacios están bien, todo está decorado muy bonito.
Solo que nos toco la mala suerte de las regaderas haha.

Aceptable para el precio.
Las habitaciones sencillas y limpias. Solo nos quedamos dos noches y no cambiaron las sabanas de las camas (quizá haya otra frecuencia de tiempos para hacerlo) y el agua de la regadera no sale muy caliente.

Pues, el hotel es pequeño como seis habitaciones, tranquilo, lo que no nos gustó es que aparte teníamos que pagar porque nos hicieran la limpieza de la habitación. El menú de alimentos no nos convencio.

Buen dia;
Excelente personal y muy atento. La ubicación esta perfecta para la laguna. Nos prestaron kayak y bicicleta sin costo alguno. El desayuno fue muy buen gesto; no lo esperaba. En general recomiendo casa mia xul- ha.
