「Helpful staff and clean room but the facilities is a bit old and weak wifi signal. The hotel is not close the downtown and need to walk though the bridge to go to the night market, but there is many low cost dinning place nearby.」

「Water from shower can not Drain out due to poor design of bathroom. You have wear rubber slippers to go in bathroom,cause water poodle cannot drain out. Light fixtures inside of room and hallWay were dim. No safety box in the room for valueables to be kept. Only one elevator in whole building, when it was in services, all guests need to climb staircase.」

「I book this hotel and I want to Front desk check in they said no more room! But I have already broke on the hotel.com! Then they said if I want to stay there You have to pay more to get the room! Then I say no and they said oh just called a Hotels.com cancel the booking!」
