"The room was spacious and clean. When I checked in there was a mix up about my booking as I had booked off an online retailer. I had to show my phone app to confirm that I had a room booked as the hotel could not find my reservation on their system. We had requested a later check out and was told we could check out at 12 pm. The next day we got a call at 11:00 am asking us to check out. When I explained that we had been told we could check out at 12 the staff member told me nothing was written to indicate that and became argumentative with me. I told her that perhaps the staff just forgot to write it down on my file but yet she just kept saying well it wasn’t written down. Anyway the hotel itself was good but wasn’t totally pleased with the service. I don’t think I would stay here again as there are other great hotels with similar pricing in the area. "

"I loved this hotel. My room had a corner view and it was perfect. I also really liked that. The canteen is open 24 hours a day. It’s a bar/restaurant/lounge. It is only about a three minute walk to the metro and about an eight minute walk to the main train station. Very convenient. It is also about an eight minute walk to one of the night markets. And the main post office is right around the corner. It’s in a great location to do all the tours. The room was a bit small but adequate. I loved that I could cast from my phone onto the TV. Everything was controlled via an iPad that they supply. The window shades the lights. The TV were all at the touch of an iPad, I would stay there again."

"The property is old and not extremely well maintained. But the rooms are clean and spacious. Its biggest advantage is location! You can’t beat that. It’s extremely convenient. There’s a laundry room on the 6/F but only one washer and one dryer and the hours are 9am-10pm. It’d be great if there’s more machines."
