"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

"We stayed in a suite and it was a grand room. The hotel is pretty central and walking distance from most touristy spots. It has its own beautiful campus with 5 other 5 star hotels along with beautiful gardens around. The buildings really look grand and from an different era. "I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. "

"Location, Location and Location, the hotel is located at the central of the city and near to the major commercial area, restaurant and two traditional places, Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Hotel room is bright and comfortable. There is a large TV in the room. The bath and toilet area is separated. You have to bring your own exchange plug if you come from the US. The free laundry is very convenient to customers who stay more than 2 days. The hotel provides all laundry materials. The gym is well organized and have enough space for two walking machines and dumbbell. The breakfast is containing with local cursing and American food. There are 8 floors in the hotel, but no room is in the first floor. The check in desk is located at the second floor. If you have enough budget, and if you go to Xi'an at 1st time, this hotel is a wise choice."
