"Good/bad. First and foremost the staff at the front desk were excellent! Very kind and caring. The hotel is new and it is beautiful! The bed was comfortable. The AC worked properly. The shower had hot water but no water pressure, it was just a slight trickle of water. Took a long time to get wet and wash up. (Odd because the sinks had good pressure) Now the bad, we checked in and went to our room. It was filthy. Lots and lots of dog hair on the couch, the bed didn’t look like it had been changed just pulled up and it was all wrinkled with a spider on the pillow. There was another health hazard that caused us to leave that room ask for a new room. We got a new room and it was better but the shower was filthy, had body hair all through it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned or rinsed. Also, no towels . So, nice new hotel but needs a better housekeeping person"

"This hotel has been my choice any time I’ve had to stay in Cheyenne. The staff has always been courteous, competent & willing to help. The amenities are great, especially for the average price charged. My only suggestions for this owner would be: 1. provide a few basic items for cooking & eating. A full kitchen is wonderful but if you don’t carry your own utensils (& unless you know you need to, you don’t), it defeats the purpose of having the kitchen appliances to begin with. Even if they were offered at a minor upcharge, that would help. 2. Be sure when you book that your dates are correct. I accidentally put in the wrong dates & the only recourse you have is to pay their penalty fee(which turns out to be what you’ve already paid) & pay an additional booking fee which is not discounted at all. As a loyal customer, I would think they could allow someone an honest mistake without penalties & additional fees. That experience has led me to considering other options when I travel to Cheyenne on future trips."
