「We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking. we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine! The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation: Stink of damp and dog in the room. Disturbance from "hi, you are being recorded" constantly from the camera outside...

「amazing place to stay ,friendly and helpful hosts, very clean and comfortable stay many thanks Jason」

「Terrible from start to finish. We opted not to even stay. Communication was poor. Cleanliness was bad. Smelt of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking property. And questionable electrics so unsure if actually tested as safe. Wouldn’t recommend.」
