「It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. Would stay here again without hesitation.」

Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. 「The location was perfect and the hotel room was probably one of the most stylish and up to date rooms I have stayed in. The lighting controls and over decor was commendable.」

「A very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly & the food was excellent. lovely bar area & nice quiet rooms of good size. Overall a good experience, just 2 little niggles. The restaurant could have a black pepper mill as a choice, & the room TV's could be slightly larger. My compliments though.」

「This was the second time we have stayed here. It is a hotel in a listed building. The rooms are a little smaller than you might like but are very well presented. A listed building, so no air conditioning, small windows, no views and no lift. Bedrooms are all on the first floor so no good if you can't get up stairs. Would have been nice if the young man in reception had offered to help with the luggage as we were obviously pensioners. Location is perfect, just a walk across a bridge...

「Our first time to Boston and came across this place by accident. Friendly welcome on arrival. The venue doubles as a bar and hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious and have plenty of amenities including iron/hairdryer/table top fan and even a microwave. There is private access separate to the bar of needed. 」

We then had dinner and had the famous ribs…we were all blown away by the quantity and quality of meat. The staff were incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was huge and comfortable. Definitely will be returning! A fabulous stay. 」
