危機處理100分

老闆和老闆娘都非常nice！ 房間冷氣一直不冷，甚至有點悶， 晚上10：00多打電話跟老闆娘反映， 過程一直沒辦法處理。 晚上11：00就幫我們找到附近 可以替換的同樣民宿業者。 雖然房間冷氣故障有點...， 不過老闆和老闆娘的危機處理非常棒， 也非常客氣。 連假時間還能這麼快找到替換民宿， 值得給很棒的評價。
