「The hotel smelled lovely - clean, fresh and welcoming and this continued throughout. The room was smart and everything was new. The bed was super comfortable with excellent curtains to block out the light and a shutter in the bathroom, again to reduce light, meaning we had a fantastic sleep. 「These accommodations were absolutely perfect for me. This is a very new building in the heart of Wroclaw. My apartment (deluxe studio) overlooked the main square and everything was in walking distance. The apartment had all amenities and the washing machine was appreciated. 「衣服送洗花了將近一週才拿到，不提中間完全無消無息飯店找不到衣服在何處，但要客人每天到櫃檯詢問不應是這個價位飯店應該出現的。另外總是可以發現房間內有沒清理乾淨的地方，黏黏的湯匙、浴室排水孔堵社淹水、桌子上有飲料杯印等，而這些都是在第一天入住就發現的。」

「Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da so zentral in der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war funktional und in sehr gutem Zustand. Da zum Hof gelegen, war es ruhig.Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und effizient. Vielleicht manchmal etwas zu sehr 😉wenn z.B. beim Frühstück das Geschirr abgeräumt wurde, obwohl man noch nicht fertig war. Leider war die Matratze für meinen Rücken etwas zu weich」
