Lovely little spot

Very comfy mattresses, clean room, staff brought extra pillows as soon as asked, they were helpful in recommendations for places to eat. Lovely hotrl, would highly recommend

Wroclaw 호텔이 중에 가성비가 좋습니다. 방에 책상이 있어서 출장와서 업무하기도 좋고, 주변에 맛집도 많습니다. 다만, 호텔에 단체 손님이 자주 오는데, 이럴때는 wi-fi 가 잘 안되거나 시끄럽기도 합니다.

Hotel dobre dostupny autem, velke vlastni parkoviste. Zastavka MHD v tesne blizkosti, zastavka s automatem na nakup jizdenek. Pokoj i spolecne prostory ciste, personal prijemny. Na pokoji balena voda, moznost uvarit si kavu, caj. Pokoj dostatecne zarizeny, pohodlne postele. Bufetova snidane s velkym vyberem. Jedine negativum je brzka zaviraci hodina hoteloveho baru - v 22.00, kdyz se vratite po desate vecer z mesta a chcete si dat jeste neco k piti, mate smulu, ani recepcni vam uz nic neproda.

Consider somewhere else

There were a couple of friendly staff ie, housekeeping lovely lady and one of the night staff reception girls. Very little greetings, daily issues with my door, broken sink plug so could not fill sink. Bedside lamp did not work. Limited restaurant evening meal menu, breakfast excellent and great value. Disappointing evening meal 2 nights but 1st was very good so inconsistent.

Sehr schönes gut gelegenes Hotel

Sehr netter Empfang. Verständigung erfolgt in polnisch oder englisch. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, einer Auswahl an Kaffee und Tee und im Bad gibt es einen Fön.Das sehr gute und toll dargereichte Frühstück gibt es in Buffettform.

A little let down

Overall a nice looking hotel, but when we arrived at 19.45 and asked if the restaurant was open we were told no! All advertising around the hotel said it was open until 21.00, then at 20.45 I went to get a drink from the bar and it was closed! All advertising again said it was open until 22.00! The rooms could do with climate control as leaving the window open near an airport isn't the best way to get a good night's sleep, although the bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety from well cooked local sausages and egg to cold meats and cheese.

Słabe śniadanie - ekstra płatne 40zł

Mam mieszane uczucia: 1. Na plus: - wygodne łóżko - duży parking 2. Na minus - drogie śniadania 40zł. Niestety cena nieadekwatna do jakości śniadania. Wybór co prawda spory, ale niestety większość produktów bardzo słabej jakości: najtańsze wędliny, nieświeże pomidory prosto z lodówki, chleb suchy, kupowany gdzieś w Tesco,Auchan (taki krojony i foliowany) - to niestety czuć. W cenie śniadania za 40zł wypadało by kupić codziennie świeży chleb w pobliskiej piekarni i umożliwić klientowi własnoręczne pokrojenie. Czy to aż tak dużo panie menadżerze hotelu? Chyba nie podniesie to aż tak bardzo koszty?;) - brak mydła i żelu pod prysznic. Myślę, że w hotelu za 235zł ze śniadaniem wypadało by aby pod prysznicem i nad umywalką znajdował się żel. Co prawda na umywalce jest w buteleczce malutki 20ml płyn kąpieli i tej samej wielkości mydełko, ale myślę, że to jakiś żart. Jak można taką ilością płynu wziąć prysznic? - zbyt mały telewizor jak na odległość od łóżka do telewizora: spoglądając na tv czuć dyskomfort (za mały obraz) - płatny parking - 25zł (myślę, że cena jest nieadekwatna do lokalizacji we Wrocławiu). Gdyby hotel był bliżej centrum, to ta cena była by zrozumiała. Hotel znajduje się 8km od centrum, w takiej sytuacji oczekiwałbym, że parking będzie wliczony w cenę hotelu.
