「This would have been an all over 'excellent' save for one issue immediately resolved by staff. The window catches in the ground floor room I was given which overlooked the garden could not be shut and locked to secure the room from the outside.
As soon as I reported this, however, I was immediately offered another secure equally good room so it was resolved - the cleaning staff must have known but had not alerted management who were unaware till I drew it to its attention.
That literally was...
「Staff polite and efficient. The room clean and tidy. Breakfast was as advertised. Lovely decorative pieces throughout communal areas and stairwells. Only let down points were tv aerial was broken so couldn’t watch anything and the shower leaked during use- but was lovely pressure and nice hot water.」
