「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.」

「This is an amazing place to stop , very clean , warm and everything you need to have a good stay , it was -3 when i stopped but was warm n snug , tesco and lidl at the end of the road. I will definitely be stopping again when im up this way 」
