「Easy check in, lovely room with high ceilings. All amenities that we needed for an overnight stay. Clean and tidy but with a few aging marks (cabinets missing edging, curtains not fully hooked up the curtain rings making it hard to close curtains) Breakfast was lovely and plentiful to power us through the next day. Location was central for our needs. We parked at St Nicholas Car Park for pricing and ease (£12 for 24 hours)」

「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」

「5 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to town centre, staff were average, not active enough, could be better. Room was big , but accessories could be improved」

「A very comfortable experience with very nice service, and clean rooms all around. We requested for a sofa bed in the room but it wasn’t made at the time of arrival; fortunately the staff quickly made one for us.」
