「Lovely quiet room cold outside but room was nice and warm and cosy perfect for us as a stopover. The room and en-suite bathroom was clean and the tea/coffee/water was nice. TV and WiFi all good. Breakfast in the bar was good would highly recommend. 」

「We were looking for somewhere to stay whilst attending a family function and by chance cane across The George and Dragon. We are so glad we did! What a beautiful pub with bundles of character. Our room was gorgeous; modern yet rustic and equipped with everything to make our stay spot on! Staff were lovely and attentive, and breakfast was amazing. 「Had a very nice stay at the highworth , would definately come back , the wifi wasn’t working or was just a bad signal , bought it to the attention of the staff and was told that too I was in has issues with signal strength from router , apart from the wifi issue everything else was very nice 」

We had a lovely time and would come back. It’s convenient for the Cotswolds, Bath, Bristol and lovely countryside and villages nearby, and not far from the M4 - though it’s in a quiet little village.
