「Clean, friendly staff」

「This property is under new owners. It is in rural Iowa and an older facility. Well maintained and clean. the new owners were very accommodating and they have plans for upgrading this property.」

「The hotel was nice and clean. I wish they would have had the gold out couch stated in the room description for my son to sleep on. I had to run out and buy an inflatable air mattress to sleep on during our 2 night stay.」

「I love this motel so much that I stayed an extra night. First, it's much more homey and comfortable that a big hotel. It is quiet, peaceful and easy to get to from the highway. I was able to park right outside my room, which makes everything easier when traveling on a long road trip. The room key is a real key versus a key card. This is a rarity and so much better than having to swipe a card every time you enter your room. I absolutely love this and would come back just for this. I was able...
