"Very clean place, but could use better bar/restaurant"

"I booked a non-smoking room and was told only a smoking room was available. Cigarette burns in the rug and everything. There was no breakfast as the property was undergoing remodeling and some construction. "

"Everything was great about this hotel, but the staff were so HORRIBLE! I go to check in and the girl at the front desk is looking at my ID as if it were fake. It was real by the way. Then she asks her coworker something on the side, and I ask what the problem is. At this point she is comparing it to her own ID and asks me for another form of ID because I looked too young. I am 28. I thought it was very unprofessional and I had to pull up a picture of my passport to confirm. I think there are more professional ways to confirm a persons age! It was absolutely ridiculous and she doesn’t deserve to be working there. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect."
