「Free parking and close to everything」

「很好」

「negative comment，I can't sleep at all, it's noisy, the environment is poor, the hygiene is not clean, it's terrible, it's unimaginable, and I feel like having nightmares again.」

「Staff was helpful, was more of a you pay for what you get type of hotel. Dirty sheets, dirty floors, smelled like weed the whole time we were there and is also in the bronx which is very far from the city part of NY. But was good for what we paid and we enjoyed our time in the bronx」

「We didn’t give us what we paid for」

「Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....」

「Hotel is an overstatement. This place is a motel. Arrived from a trip around 12:30 am and they didn't have my room ready. Made me wait an hour before the cleaning lady arrived to clean a room for me to sleep in. Which sleep is something you might not get. Paper thin walls and again this is a motel so you hearing everything going on.」

「LIARS! these people take your money, when you go check in you'll find they aren't the real hosts. and house is already rented long term. NOT A TRUE LISTING!」

「This place is a scam.」

「Amazing house! Very clean and the towel warmer in the bathroom was very nice :)」

「They did a great job. However your survey would not let me hit 5」
