"This hotel does nog earn the level 9 for many reason There is no gift shop or any other way to obtain items forgotten or needed. 1 vending machine for the whole hotel on the first floor. Drinks only and was not working when we were there. Lastly the neighborhood is sketchy ans I was not comfortable to be outside. Hotel was clean, rooms good size and price reasonable O'd give it a 7 out of 10"

"We got there ant 2 ann and was forced to wait while they did a night audit. That in itself I understand but after we waited 15 minutes we were given a key that didn’t work. When they finally got an override key they realized someone was in the room. We were told we were getting an upgrade from 2 queens to a suite but it only had 1 bed. After everything we didn’t get into the room until 3 am. I told the manager and she was not helpful just offered me points. I don’t want points as I will never make a choice to stay there again. "

"The room and facilities were very clean and the bathroom was a good size. A lamp or a dimmer switch would have been nice and some sound proofing at the door as you could hear the deaf neighbors tv. Overall, I was comfortable there and free parking made was worth it"

"Will never go back to this horrible property! Overpriced, nosey, unhelpful, rude, workers. Foreign national operated and owned. Disturbing experiences such as: Broken bathroom sinks, leaking busted ceilings(tried to blame me for their damages after I demanded a room change!)dirty dusty furniture and linens, leaky shower causes slip and fall hazard, not disability accesible in any way, no onsite snacks or bottled water available, no onsite parking available, annoying cleaning lady that talks too much without cleaning anything at all! Needs to be shut down immediately and investigated for business and building code violations! Nightmare!"

"Nicer hotel for the area…staff very helpful and provided great customer service. The gym and restaurant on site were convenient and easy to utilize and the restaurant atmosphere was nice and service great. As most NYC Hotels, the rooms, even the larger Studio Suite, are not large. However, the room was clean, uncluttered and included a safe and lil fridge. Parking….if ya bring a car, you gotta park in one of the 2 parking garages in the block the hotel is in. 1 gets busy and on a Friday night it maybe full. The 2nd one was available, until the elevator broke….only addressing this as the amenities Valet Parking…which there isn’t. Would definitely stay here again if I needed an Uptown hotel."
