「The check-in was an indicator of how the stay would go. We were given room key and told it was straight down the corridor opposite the reception desk. It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room. 「We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Killarney surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pubs. Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10-minute walk away, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself was great, and we had no issues during our visit. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again.」

「No complaints, great stay」

「This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of little nooks and cranny’s to sit quietly if you wish. The bar was busy and we ate there. The service was very good and the food, exceptional. Breakfast too was very good. Overall, a good experience but at a higher than necessary price. Also, there is no pool at this hotel and no pool next door, as suggested. You have access to a pool but that’s a five min drive away, so maybe they do not need to mention a pool at all....

「Best hotel we stayed at in Ireland, hands down. Clean, great gym and pool. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. The room was very cool, nicely designed. They also gave us a take away pack with croissants and fruit for our drive the next morning. Really cute and highly recommend.」
