「I was greeted by Noel, the most pleasant man possible - he epitomized elite customer service. After a very brief and smooth check-in, he escorted me to my room and ensured that every thing was to my standard and liking. For him alone, I will return every-time. I had no problem whatsoever but my stay was short. Hats off to you Radisson, I'll be seeing you soon. 」

「After being stuck and stranded in the airport due to flight cancellations , this hotel service was prompt, safe, and so accommodating for me and my children. I was amazed at the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the small gestures that really create a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. I have lived in the area of this hotel and can assure anyone visiting Trinidad for the first time or haven't experienced their service yet this...

「Beautiful & very welcoming place. Nice pool area & great atmosphare. Enjoyed location & dining options nearby. The only minus- lack of gym,which was in the description of propperty, huge dissapointment for us. Other than that- lovely place.」

「The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. 」

「- Room had to be changed 3 times. - Bed linens were stained. - Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty. - Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained. - Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs. - Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning. - Fridge in the room was filthy. - Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through. - Bed moved...
