"It’s was a great hotel with AMAZING access to the train station! The only downside I had was that the room didn’t appear to be super clean. We stayed in a suite but it looked like something was spilt on the TV stand and the toilet paper holder was barely staying in the wall. OTHER THAN THAT! I’d recommend the hotel for sure!!"

"I had booked a room with two queen beds for couple of nights at this hotel through Expedia. They gave me a one king bed with a sofa bed. I had booked the room at least a month and a half ahead. The front desk said I had to call Expedia to ask why I was given this room. Seriously!!!!!! If you don't want Expedia customers, then don't sell your rooms on Expedia. It was not cheap either. The customer service and front desk are awful. They have a water pitcher at the front for guests. When it was empty, there was no one there to refill. The person at the front desk did not care and said that it may be filled the next day. The lobby is nice and can accomodate a large number of guests if you are travelling in a group."

"A fine place. Great location for the convention I was attending and helpful, friendly staff. Nice pool, too. Only potential issue would be that the parking lot could probably do with painting, resurfacing, but that's a very small thing. Overall, very happy with my experience here."
