「unlike other hotels you are only allowed 1 free guest breakfast although others are booked with your stay. Breakfast cost was too expensive the type of food being offered. Massage therapist was late, and very brutal in her treatment. Massage area was not as sanitary as it should be.」

The person who answered the phone immediately told me that we do not have any reservation. He did not ask my name or reservation number. How would he know if I had a reservation or not if he did not know my name? We arrived there and they would not even let us through the gate. There was construction going on. 「We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation」
