「The how-to-get-to, and the location of hotel is not much to be desired! No hotel sign from the roadside; very unusual and nerve racking (can you imagine this ss first timer for a female clientele?). Secondly and even though I was given a penthouse upgrade, didn’t know why, the room appeared tucked away in a nondescript side of the building. Later shocked to learn no onsite restaurant! I tried ordering dinner with several, none available menu items, it then took forever. Had to cancel order...

「The hotel websites states clearly that there is a free shuttle to the airport. But the driver who carried me to the airport on the day i checked out told me it is not for free and that trip costs 40.000naira. I was really shocked. Luckily i had cash on me, imagine someone traveling without cash I think that free shuttle to airport should be removed from their website 」

「In all it was a very good stay, however, they seemed to have an issue with hotels.com, which led to me paying an extra N5000. But apart from that the hotel was great and I will book again.」

「I booked online with Hotels.com and when I arrived to check-in they told me that my room wouldn't be available and that it was being fumigated. They didn't offer me another room, they didn't offer me a refund, nor did they try to help me book another room somewhere else. I arrived around midnight and had to try and find alternate arrangements in the middle of then night (I am a female and was traveling alone). Totally unacceptable. They didn't even send me aessagd in advance to let me know.」

「I need to start by saying the staff of the hotel was amazing. Having said that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance. There were stains all over the carpets. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor....
