"The outside of the hotel was big and glamorous but the rooms were unkept, it smelled, the furniture was peeling, the curtains were dirty, we even found 2 cockroach in the room. Heaters don’t work that we have to be moved. It’s wasn’t what was promoted on the site and I would never go or recommend ..."

"The stay was overall really comfortable. However, there were some elements that were missing. The kitchen was lacking, there were no eating utensils and plates/bowls. The window screen was broken and it took about a hour for them to respond to our repair request."
