"My stay at the Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree was extremely disappointing from the very first day. There were three adults staying in the room, which made the ongoing issues even more frustrating and inconvenient. Upon arrival, both the sink and shower were draining very slowly. The following day, I informed housekeeping about the issue, and by then the toilet had also stopped flushing properly and was running continuously throughout the night. I even responded to a text message from hotel staff asking how my stay was going and reported all of these concerns there as well, yet nothing was addressed. On the third day, I called the front desk again. Someone finally came to repair the toilet, but completely neglected the sink and tub drainage issues. When we returned to the room later that evening, all three problems still remained. The toilet once again stopped flushing properly. We called for assistance again, but no one came. My husband ended up fixing the toilet himself simply so we could use it. In addition to the plumbing issues, the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The room felt dirty, the carpet was ripped up, and the air quality was so poor that I had difficulty breathing. I actually had to purchase an air purifier from a local store just so I could sleep at night complimentary breakfast was also extremely disappointing. No matter what time we went — whether it was 8:00 AM or even 9:30 AM — basic items were constantly empty. Not to mention the beds!!!!"
