Also we somehow were assigned a handicapped accessible room, which would have been perfect for wheelchair accessibility. The shower head was positioned on the side wall facing toward the room and the curtain. When operated water pushed the curtain out and water all over the floor. An awkward position for showering. We had to use several towels on the floor to prevent slipping.」

「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「Staffer's were courteous, respectful, and extremely friendly. Breakfast was second to none and hospitality was superb. House keeping was excellent with daily cleaning and garbage disposal. Although, my wife and I don't drink alcohol, the bar tenders were very friendly. The front lobby/waiting area and the reading room with the fireplace was absolutely stunning. 「I liked the room and the location at the end of the boardwalk when it is so crowded. It felt very safe. I wish it included Roku TV so I could log onto Netflix and other streaming services.」

「Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....
