"Had to ask twice for towels to be delivered. Something happened to key machine during check in so we were not able to get keys. Clerk got us into the room and we left shortly after that and go the keys when we returned. Internet didn't work when we got back to room. Clerk said that they had power surge or something to that effect. Not up to normal service for Hilton Honors members."
