「I was stunned by the view upon the arrival. The 360 degree ocean view was really great. The customer service was excellent as I was celebrating my wife birthday. They arranged the flower and cake upon my request. And my wife was very pleased by the setting. She also surprised by the Spa department that they make the 'HBD' letters at the treatment room. I would definitely visit them again.」

「住過不同地方和同類型的度假酒店, 這家給我的感覺是很不錯, 員工友善, 貼心, 可以馬上解決問題! 今次入住的是海邊帶有小按摩池的VILLA. 住宿算得上很不錯! 但由於島上要到外面其他地方走走的話, 唯一是要坐當地的士或者是酒店提供的包車, 價錢也很貴. 一程路也要1,000泰珠, 相等於HK$250, 很貴啊!! 但有些細節位如果可以再改善就更完美了. 就是當我們要坐小快艇離開的時候, 由於有其他客人一起, 大家都會有行李, 上船後並沒有叫大家檢查一次便馬上開船. 當然我相信他們是已經都安排好, 但總會有意外的嗎, 萬一拿錯, 或拿小了怎樣辦? 因為酒店去機場要坐40分鐘的快艇啊!!」

「酒店景觀非常美麗，比較過其他的住宿，最美最舒暢的景色。設施也十分齊全，雖然沒有電視，但沒影響，因為看不懂泰文。想看電視有Wifi可用iPad看。早餐和食物很美味。這次是我老公生日，還有驚喜，在早餐奉上美味蛋糕一份，有蠟燭，還一齊唱生日歌。 酒店附近寧靜，有地道餐廳，有海鮮，想去旺區或市場可以叫Taxi。喜歡寧靜小休的假期，這酒店真的很滿意。下次去蘇梅島也會再住這間酒店。」

「amazing place! beutiful big bungalows with everyting you need' and and an amazing porch with sitting places and a hammock lovely restaurant with yummy food a swimming pool a cute bar right next to it, charming staff and managment and a verry chill and fun atmosphere :) 2 minutes walk to the beutiful haad yao perfect beach! i stayed there for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it plan on coming back :)」

「Bed is nice and close to the beach but nothing more, the room wasn’t clean enough for stay, for example the WC, basin..... room service, I could say no service. That’s all.」

「during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff...

「Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wir waren 3 Tage im Anfang November dort. Da noch Nebensaison war, war es sehr ruhig und leer - was Fluch und Segen zugleich ist. Einige Restaurants/Bars in der Umgebung hatten geschlossen. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Lage des Resorts traumhaft - alles in allem empfehlenswert.」
