They arranged the flower and cake upon my request. And my wife was very pleased by the setting. She also surprised by the Spa department that they make the 'HBD' letters at the treatment room. 「酒店景觀非常美麗，比較過其他的住宿，最美最舒暢的景色。設施也十分齊全，雖然沒有電視，但沒影響，因為看不懂泰文。想看電視有Wifi可用iPad看。早餐和食物很美味。這次是我老公生日，還有驚喜，在早餐奉上美味蛋糕一份，有蠟燭，還一齊唱生日歌。 酒店附近寧靜，有地道餐廳，有海鮮，想去旺區或市場可以叫Taxi。喜歡寧靜小休的假期，這酒店真的很滿意。下次去蘇梅島也會再住這間酒店。」

「Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, mit großem Pool und perfekten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Anlage sehr sauber, Zimmer groß und mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen. 」

「good service, very friendly staff. most of them spoken good english and always smiling. the only thing i disliked the resort was the beach. its one of worst beach i've ever seen. VERY DIRTY and not suggested for swimming. i stayed at beach front suite and every morning i picked up so much garbage right infront of my suite. it was also extremely bothering to eat in the restaurant. as there're flys allover regardless day and night. to be honestly, i wouldn't stay at kupukupu again due to these...

「Fina och trevliga bungalows med bra AC, uppförda med minimal insyn. Poolen är sval och skön, stranden är dock extremt långgrund särskilt under lågvatten. Att gå en kilometer in till byn i hettan är dock jobbigare än vad man kan tro - cyklar och mopeder kan dock hyras några hundra meter från hotellet vilket underlättar om man alls vill ta sig runt i området. 」

「人比較少，開車到市區要一陣子，但環境清幽，整潔度佳房間大、也有自己的小泡澡泳池；海邊的景觀非常驚人的美，員工也很熱情，如果自駕的話很值得一住」

「Bed is nice and close to the beach but nothing more, the room wasn’t clean enough for stay, for example the WC, basin..... room service, I could say no service. That’s all.」

「during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff...

「飯店海景很漂亮，不過晚上蚊子很多，早上餐廳蒼蠅也很多。比較困擾的是：浴室水很小，而且忽冷忽熱的，還有房間礦泉水只給兩罐，根本不夠喝，需要水的話，飯店一瓶賣40元。另外，wifi從我們住的第一天晚上就無法連線，隔天早上到櫃檯詢問說會給登錄名稱和密碼也沒給，一直到下午，再到櫃檯詢問，才給了一組密碼。」
