「​I had a wonderful stay here! The property is very clean on the outside, and inside, the excellent service started right away with a super friendly front desk staff. All of the common areas including the lobby and halls were immaculate. Best of all, they are pet-friendly! The guest room and bathroom were pristine, cozy, and exceptionally clean. 「My Business partner and I had a wedding close by and decided to drive down the night before. There were no hotels close by and we were desperate for something closer. We are Gypsy Hair Guru, a traveling hair and makeup team that specializes in weddings. Urstad accomadated our late arrival and our early departure. I told them not to worry about breakfast because we were leaving at 6:30am and they still brewed fresh coffee and put out a delicious blueberry muffin bread that was amazing. Thank you...

「The pool was freezing and the hot tub was bathwater warm. We let the kids swim in the hot tub because the pool was too cold. The staff was friendly but hard to get a hold of. At one point in time, I stood with my one year old in front of the front desk for about six minutes, while the person running it stood outside and talked with other employees.」
