"After many years of Premier Inn and now other Hotels This is my first stay with a serviced apartment in this country. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. "This was one of the best stays we have had. From check in being seamless to our room being spotless (and the cutest gesture of a card signed by all the staff wishing us a happy anniversary!) the spa was great and Camelia gave me the best massage ive ever had. A 3 course meal also enhanced with another lovely gesture for our anniversary. Every staff member we came across were friendly, professional and just delightful. We have stayed in many 5* hotels and can honestly say this was one of our favourite stays and would not hesitate in coming back Thank you all!"
