「Vi hade bokat en juniorsvit i den äldre byggnaden med fyra sängar. När vi checkade in var dock två av sängarna inte bäddade, och täcken samt kuddar saknades. Rummet vi skulle ha var riktigt charmigt och mysigt, men det bästa var hur snabbt och proffsigt personalen löste situationen – vi blev till och med uppgraderade till deras fantastiska svit i den nya byggnaden! Svitens utsikt över Elbe var magisk, och rummet var både fräscht, mysigt och mycket fint inrett. Frukosten var en riktig höjdpunkt...

「very clean and tidy, the staffs in reception also very kind! My room was very quite in most of time, only when sometimes there were some truck outside, then it was a little bit loud. I have to say I sleep very well during my stay! But the only backward was the location is not very close to the city center, you have to transfer but compared with the price and environment, it was good enough. Also there is a supermarket nearby.」

「The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The Wellness centre is excellent for a swim and sauna. The apartment was spacious and it has the most comfortable bed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back」

We had dinner and breakfast here, and both were delicious. The property is in horse country, and the hamlet is historic and quite charming. We recommend.」

「The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time...

「Tolles, natürlich und ruhiges gelgenes Hotel mit schönen Gelegenheiten zum Spazieren. Ich hatte ein sauberes Einzelzimmer, leider kam aus der Raucherecke im Garten hin und wieder die Raucher-Luft in mein Zimmer. Das Bett sehr komfortabel und ich konnte gemütlich und ruhig schlafen.」
