「I liked our room it was large had every facility you could need available in it, the bathroom had a bath and shower and was so clean it glistned as was the main room. The meal at our function was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pub attacked next to the hotel was lovely We sat. 「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「This was a 1-night stay for work. I was in the Castle room. Car park was free but small. Lovely greeting from owner. Room was spacious as was the ensuite which had a roll-top bath, as well as separate shower. TV was okay as was WiFi. Included in the price was a breakfast, which was offered with cereal, bread for toasting, fresh juice, hot drink and cooked breakfast. I had the cooked breakfast. Room had a desk and chair to work at if required. Nice touch of a small fridge in the upper hallway...
