「Good location and good service」

「Staff at desk was very friendly & helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.. great bed & pillows. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Only downside is, we arrived by train and love to walk, so it’s a 45 minute walk to get there, which is no problem, but you walk through a not so nice area on Church St. to get there, where people let their dogs poop on the sidewalks and don’t bother picking it up, and there are a lot of homeless people laying by the sidewalks and they also use it for a...

「Super convenient location! Good size rooms with large windows overlooking the city. But TV wasn't working properly and bathrooms lights were dim and sterile-like.」

「This accommodation is very convenient, with a kitchen and easy walking access to the subway. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the environment is quiet and comfortable.」

「We were offered an upgrade to help better fit our group. Responses were very quick and helpful. View and location were choice. Just be mindful of how to check in and out for the smoothest possible experience! :)」

「The breakfast, in terms of both quality and quantity, meets expectations. 」

「Overall, the stay was clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful! However a few things. 1. A part of the flooring came apart and I kept tripping over it. That just needs to be glued down somehow. Everything else in the room was clean and comfortable. 2. The heat was incredibly high and although I lowered the temperature on the thermostat, it was still very warm. Uncomfortably warm. 3. There are no signs coming in from the back. And although there are motion detector...

「Situated in a tranquil area in city centre in Toronto with Super friendly staff! Very helpful! Nice vibe with free coffee and tea ;) Clean room, nice mattress Got everything i need Just that if you are noise sensitive, note that the room not quite sound proof. Could hear flushing and all sorts of noise from below? or next door Luckily i got my noise cancelling headphone, still manage to fall asleep」

「You will see in other reviews the check-in process is very poorly rated and it is well earned. There were multiple problems with check in and their customer service was not replying. After the stay I was charged for something I did not use and I could not get a response despite multiple emails and telephone calls. The room was just fine nothing special, bed worn down. Customer service...well there is none.」

「rooms quite small, helpful staff」

「It’s ok for what it is. The check in process was different than usual. Overall it was 6/10」

「We stayed at Moes for 4 nights, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, the location was close to everything and in walking distance of most attractions. Mystic muffins next door was the best locally owned breakfast spot just steps from outside the hotel. We used the rooftop balcony which had awesome night views. Awesome for the price! The hotel is secure and safe, we did not feel unsafe during our stay!」
