「Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms...

「The staff were brilliant and made our stay so enjoyable. Food was excellent both for the breakfast and evening meal. Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions. 「Room booked into online was twin doubles in the cottage. When checked in was told now in Redhead suite. Very large lounge area with 1 bed in and separate bedroom with other. New carpet but a few scuff marks on walls and a couple of tatty edges to windows but it’s not rated as 5 star. Decent buffet breakfast and staff were good. 」
