At first I wasn't sure if I had made a mistake but the staff were lovely and the room was amazing very clean the only thing I asked for a low threshold shower but it was a very deep bath but it was only one night

This hotel is very basic but clean and comfortable and very friendly helpful staff
I stayed a night at Rose and Crown, the room was the most affordable in the area and to my suprise its one of the most beautiful room i ever stayed at. It was perfectly clean, quiet and super unique as its a 400 year old building.

The building is gorgeous with considerable history the rooms are spacious warm snd clean. Car parking is a bonus
It is a very old building steeped in history and has fantastic quirky areas for sitting. The staff are great and friendly. It really needs to be used to its full potential. Pur stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Some maintainance work is being carried out but didn't affect our stay.
400 year old building the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The floors and stairs are a bit noisy (creaky) but it’s obviously going to be given the age of the building it’s quite stunning also has a nice courtyard and a safe carpark round the back. Overall fantastic weekend stay wouldn’t mind doing it again
It was very warm welcome and staff was very amazing.

Staff are superb and now being helped by some refurbishment works, this is a grade II listed building so it's limited in what can be done cost effectively but the the room was clean, functional and suited my needs.

Rose and Crown Wisbech
Just wanted a clean room to sleep in for one night. It ticked the box but very basic.
This hotel is amazing. I booked 4 rooms for a touring band. I was slightly worried about some of the negative reviews, but the place was great. It does need some attention, but it's an historic building - 400 years old! The stairs are crazy, like something from a funhouse! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mario, the manager is awesome. Friendly, chatty and accommodating.
There's no bar and no food, but it's in the centre of Wisbech, and there are plenty of food and drinks options in town.
We took a band picture with Mario, but for some reason I can't upload it here.
Nice spacious room large bathroom. Facilities ok. Shower tap was difficult to operate. Wi fi didy work in our room. Loud noise outside room for short while.
