I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about accessibility after confronting the stairs to the second floor. The setting is beautiful. The facility is well-marked from the highway and is in a very safe area. A fully-present host would help."

"The room was great - we LOVED housekeeping dumping the trash & adding fresh towels. We haven't gotten that service at any hotel since covid. The back parking lot has sizable potholes but after the winter we've had, that's not terribly surprising. Both times I went to get a hot drink there were no hot cups available - perhaps they were isolated incidents, but 2 days in a row during breakfast was disappointing. All staff were very pleasant. Upgrading the TVs so people could use streaming services would be great!"
