「很方便，工作人員很nice」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「员工服务非常周到！」

「We spent four nights at the hotel; our room was never cleaned even though I let staff know third day in the morning, and again at night when we came back and room still wasn’t cleaned, every time staff pretended or imaginary notes; because today at checked it was no record of my request; what a surprise! But they were fast to charge for parking; first night we had issue with WiFi connection, my husband called service desk and was told if he can’t connect we have to pay for WiFi; what a surprise!...

「房間乾淨，環境整潔，交通方便，早餐也算豐富! 周邊走路就有好的餐廳及景點走走，值得推薦!」

One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and...

I love knowing the history of the building and checking out how that history was incorporated into the design. The Fidelity is a lovely city center hotel. The front desk staff are courteous and charming. The coffee shop had the most amazing baked goods and I was informed that they were made in House. The hotel is conveniently located downtown, where I could walk to my conference (choosing not to stay in the...
