「The appartment location was great for walking around, the bed was quite comfortable for us. The only negative, was no access to additional toliet paper. We only had a partial roll for the whole time we were there, when we asked for more they had to send a request to someone who never turned up before we checked out. I had to run out a buy toliet paper for us to use.」

「Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The surrounding area isn’t the best and I wasn’t comfortable walking around the area at night, but the accommodation is well presented and comfortable. 」

「My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. 「This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.」

「It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.」

「Looks exactly as the online pictures. Very centrally located for restaurants, shops and theatres. If it had aircon would be perfect as it’s quite hot even when not in a heatwave」

「A fabulous place to stay for exploring Bristol city & area. Great public transport links so car isn’t needed.」

「Gorgeous apartment beautifully set out - loved it - parking good - would recommend」

「Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room.」

「Great location in Clifton. Combination washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedroom was in need of a vacuum and mattress was a bit soft for our liking.」
