"Check in went smoothly, went up to our room yo drop off bags and check out the room. The bedding was stained and there was writing/drawings on the window from the previous guest. There was mold in the bathtub and the window seal was dirty. For the price it is not worth it. "

"We were in Sioux Falls for a concert and had a lovely stay. Room was charming and spotless. Staff were friendly. The location was perfect - within walking distance to venue, restaurants and shopping."

"This is an older unit, I would say 40-50 years old, not maintained. Hall carpet grungy, common area wall covering out dated and damaged. Common area air was stale and smelled of cleaning solutions. The number one complaint I had to check out because of bed bugs, not only my unit but others checked out due to bed bugs. The place needs to be shut down remodeled and repaired. Find some place else to stay, yes it is convenient to the hospital but not worth it. Did I mention the bed bugs? "

"Room was tiny, not super clean. The property as a whole had a strange oder. For a fee they are dog friendly. Breakfast left alot to ne desired, cereal, brown bananas, nothing looked appetizing. NO in room coffee. Super disappointing as a whole. Thankfully it was only 1 night "

"For the price.......very nice. I like goods donuts. The breakfast was very simple. I was able to drink real grape juice. My wife loved the coffee. The donuts were very good and there was whole milk ! What's up with the tiny low toilets ? They can be a problem at many hotels. Definitely (price considered) would stay again."

"No management/staff are at the Settle Inn, so you have to walk to the Super 8 for that. Sheets were dirty; Super 8 supplied new sheets. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap in room. Half the light bulbs were burned out. WiFi wasn’t working, and the Super 8 staff wasn’t able to fix it (required management who wasn’t there). So that means TV didn’t work, either. I work remote, so I had to sit in the Super 8 lobby to complete my work using their public WiFi, since the WiFi didnt stretch far enough to work at the Settle Inn. Just do yourselves a favor and spend the extra 10-20 dollars to stay at the Super 8 across the parking lot. "
