"Beautiful, comfortable hotel!"

"The physical property is very clean and well-kept. No channels on the television. The night manager was great. No regular coffee at breakfast. The morning desk clerk was cold for someone who works in hospitality."

"The room was not clean. I noticed there was food in fridge that im assuming the last guest left. "

"Bed was beyond comfortable and bathroom was super clean. The towels were very thick and soft. The hotel is also very quiet and the surrounding area is super quiet. I now found my hotel in Sioux Falls and can’t stay anywhere else! "

"Many cosmetic issues. Bathroom sprinkler was covered in rust. Rusty door jambs. Outside of building looked terrible."

"A nice spacious room with clean comfortable beds. The bathroom was recently renovated with a very nice walk-in shower (i.e., no bathtub). Unfortunately, there was literally no counter space in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast was a touch disappointing as food options were quickly taken by others and did not appear to ever be re-stocked. The location was OK, as we were close enough to the downtown area to walk, albeit through an industrial section of town. In conclusion, we stayed here because of what we believed was good value. Honestly, we were not dissapointed. While I cannot say our stay was exceptional, the property did deliver as advertised."

"Initial room provided had not been cleaned. Next room was clean but in the morning, identified shampoo etc was empty had not been filled. Chose hotel due to restaurant. Food was mediocre and staff misplaced credit card at billing. They did find it but overall, not a “feel good” hotel. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the price."
