We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. It started with check-in, where we were told we would need to come back a couple of hours later, but no specific time was provided. Trying to get an update was nearly impossible because nobody answers the phone, or returns messages left for management. Communication was so poor that we ended up contacting the hotel across the street just to try to get information. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process. Guests should not have to chase down staff just to check in or get basic assistance. If reliable communication and customer service are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Reasonably priced, micro and frig. Comfortable bed, lots of tv channels. Plenty of close to room parking walkable dinner type restaurant with tasty food. No real amenities. bathroom had no shelf for supplies or trash can. Seemed like some guests lived there. Easy drive to Falls Park and downtown. Very easy access to highway. Great base if not spending much time at the hotel. Staff was friendly but minimal.

Clean enough, could do better, the smell was like an old smoking motel with questionable clean air conditioner. The bathroom vent looked a bit moldy or mildewy. But you get what you pay for.

Blood and smoke burn damage to sheets. Cancel out liability release for to pay for their legal team in case of litigation. Property had holes in the wall. Mold on vents. Missing dry wall. Informed evening auditor and was told they know of the issues. The savings grace is the morning reservation agent actually listened. Would not stay again. Spend xtra elsewhere and not the adjoining Super 8. Picture available if the property manger cares.

I love how clean & very quiet it is... It's absolutely affordable & convenient for those whose on a budget & the check-in staff is nice, patient, & helpful.. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay there anytime.

The room smelled awful. The smoke alarm was sounding when we opened the door. The room was stifling. The a/c unit was LOUD and not effective. There was no cold water at the sink. There were no amenities except one small bar of soap. Their response to everything was that they would call maintenance in the morning. We were only staying one night. The door stuck and we had trouble getting the lock to open We asked for a new room and was told no "all rooms were booked, " however there were many rooms without cars in front of them. Just wondering

Warning: do not stay here! Don't know how this is rated a 3 star, or where the pictures posted on the booking website were taken - they were definitely not taken at this Settle Inn. WiFi is spotty at best, with a stronger connection in our car in the parking lot than in the room. The floor in the room was shaky/unstable and it felt like we were going to fall through it at any time. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, and bed linen and towels were threadbare and stained. No complementary shampoo etc, no coffee or coffee maker in room. Staying here was a terrible experience.
