"This hotel was exceptionally clean.The front end staff and the housekeepers were very courteous and helpful.The only problem we had was the electricity went off for half of Saturday,came back on and they lost power again Saturday night for about 4 hrs.We were on the 1st floor and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get back to our room on the 4th floor.The air never went off, Thank God, because their generator is in excellent condition.I won't be returning because it's a pain to get any discount for my inconvenience."

"Location was clean although, they were having renovations. The elevator, whirlpool was out of service so is the restroom at the pool area and the pool water is very-very cold. For some reason I thought it be a heated pool. Breakfast is not the best but okay. What made it harder for us was no elevator. Next time I need to call to double check if my request was read when I place the reservations. I always include special request, if no elevator need room on 1st floor. Its a norm for me since hubby has feet & knee issues. Word of advice, next time call when you make or need special requests. oh, oh ask on the inside pool to make sure its heated. No direct sunlight so it will be cold!"

"I have no enough words to express my satisfaction and excitement about the property. It is so beautiful so clean and well maintained. The room is equipped with AC system, stove, coffee making machine with all the supplies needed, dishwasher, refrigerator and TV. Soon I entered the room, I whispered to myself thanking the staff for equipping and maintaining the room in such mind blowing condition. Besides, they provide breakfast with a great number of variety to pick from. The concierge is also amazingly friendly. Swimming pool is also an addition if you like. Thank you for your service"
