"Rebecca at the front desk was so helpful! I love that it’s pet friendly, however this time, the two chairs in the room were dirty and I wouldn’t use them and the bed was way too hard. Normally I’ve not had that experience there. It would be nice if there were more tea choices other than black tea."

"I am handicapped and there was no elevator. Staff would not change me to the ground floor despite rooms being available. I won’t be inclined to stay there again unless a ground floor room can be guaranteed. "

"Air conditioning was good, parking was good, staff was great. Waitresses in café were excellent. The casino...not so good. We use to come to Model T because of the casino but noticed this time that the machines were few and definitely not as good. Our room was ok, didn't shower as the shower did not look clean. The drain looked as tho it hadnt been cleaned in months, was afraid to put my bare feet on shower floor. It's a good possibility that we won't be staying there again."

"I was very happy with my stay here. The people running this establishment were very friendly and obviously put a lot of effort into keeping the property clean and the environment enjoyable. The only issues that I experienced, were the remote for the cable and TV did not communicate properly with the TV. Had to actually get up and walk to it to adjust the volume or the power button. (I knew that I should have brought a child with me. Lol.) And it's an older building and it had limited outlets available. "

"The hotel looked nice and had good reviews, but upon entering our room, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, the pull out couch was stained and beyond gross. The layout of the room was awesome, it was quite large, but the sofa bed mattress pretty much felt like springs covered in a thin blanket. Those of us that slept on the couch were miserable, but the beds were much more comfortable. Cleanliness is very important and we expected more. The breakfast was nice because it was included. "
