"We had a lovely stay and the team were all very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with a great shower, but the outlook was not great, and I feel that the view should be described at the booking or room description stage. The Brasserie evening meal was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our breakfast was also in the Brasserie and we were lucky enough to have a table with a river view. The breakfast was pretty good, however the cooked breakfast was luke warm, the fruit selection was lacking and the apple juice was very watery. "

"Just home from the most amazing five days here. The hotel is spotless and the staff all smiles,. My grandkids loved the warm swimming pool, the outdoor gym and the playground. The grounds are wonderful kept, full of mature trees, a war memorial and a pretty fountain. And that's before you get to the front of the hotel. "The hotel was being renovated, so the reception area was moved to the back of the property and our room was on an upper floor in a part of the hotel without a lift - a challenge with luggage. That said, the staff were attentive and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. "
