And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. 「Last night, I requested a late checkout from the front desk clerk, and he stated that he would note our account for a 12:00 PM checkout. However, at 11:00 AM, a front desk receptionist knocked on my door. I informed her that we had been approved for a late checkout, and she acknowledged it. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. 「This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross.
