"Decently nice resort. Our room was a bit dated though, our friends on the 2nd floor had an updated room, vinyl flooring vs our room on the 3rd floor had very old and nasty carpet throughout. Had to wear shoes inside the whole stay. On our second night the fire alarm went off and all the guests had to evacuate at midnight. Having a 3 year old toddler who was asleep was no easy task of carrying her out and standing outside holding her in my arms for what seemed like an eternity. It took roughly 15-20 minutes for the fire department to clear the building and let us back in. To make things worse the hotel staff provided no accommodations for this incident, especially since checkout was that following morning and we did not get back to bed till about 3 am after our toddler had woken up from the fire scare. I’m thankful there was no fire but at the same time a malfunctioning fire alarm does not make me feel safe staying there going forward."

"Our checkin went smooth received cards to room & received adaptable room on 2nd floor . The room was clean & cold when we entered room I was not happy with no breakfast when I came down by 8:00 am . Everything was gone . I was lucky to get coffee. While sitting in the breakfast room & verbal loud argument started by a woman with long bleach braids behind the counter with another woman with a black top / black pants . The lady behind counter came toward her screaming etc at her& she back & she left the building. It was very unprofessional. We came back late evening for the night & no maid have entered our room to give us fresh towels or made up beds . The beds not being made up wasn’t a need to be done . I have never been in a hotel without service. This morning my husband went downstairs to get coffee around 8:00 sm no food & he said creamer was gone . When we’re were leaving no cups to get coffee . I checked out & waited for 15 mins waiting for an employee to come to front desk . I checked out & I Asked for a receipt. On the receipt was $234.00 for room 201 but not my credit card last 4 numbers. I paid for 2 nights on Expedia . I won’t be using your motel again. I get better service with Wyndham ( La Quinta inn & Holiday Inn . I paid $344.00 for 2 nights"

"The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"The cleaning staff was very kind and efficient. The servers at the pool restaurant were very responsive and helpful. We waited for a long time to be served at the breakfast restaurant, and the buffet was very expensive. The one gentleman preparing the omelettes was really talented, but he was alone with a very long line and no support. I recommend they create a self-serve waffle, stand for guests to make their waffles on their own rather than having to wait in line."

"The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job maintaining our room. The grounds felt very tropical and also well managed (no litter). Our beach view was wonderful. HH Prime restaurant on the property was very good especially the breakfast buffet. The hostess in the morning is a gem. She has a wonderful personality. The servers are great as well. The evening staff at the restaurant are very good too. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be staying there again."
