「Amazing reception staff ! Lovely boutique hotel close to Chagrin Falls. Welcoming and professional reception staff make this a repeat choice for travel !」

「Very basic but functional and clean property. No breakfast or coffee (despite the sign in front advertising breakfast). Front desk staff were not very friendly. Property appears to be in a well making the water not very drinkable.」

「I loved the breakfast. The staff was nice but I think they could have been more handicapped accessible. And the check in time was terrible for anyone that comes into town eary」

「The room had 2 Q beds, as requested. The room was not ready, so we had to wait, though check in time was supposed to be 3 pm. There was only 1 chair. The toilet was low, with nothing to grab onto. The bathroom door was also the closet door, which slid to one side or the other. The shower was fine, with plenty of towels. The room had no safe, though the front desk had safety boxes, I think…which we did not use. Breakfasts were fine. We will choose a different place next time.」

「The room and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a patio area next to a water fall that was relaxing and where you could have your breakfast and a cup of coffee that was extremely nice. Would highly recommend this place and we plan on staying there again in the future.」
