「I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. 」

「Initial impression: irritation. Check-in time was 4:00PM. Waiting in hot parking lot. Email came in at 4:04 with unit # and lockbox code. Why not 4 minutes early instead of 4 minutes late??? The unit was in excellent condition with new sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Many appreciated small touches like towel bar system behind bathroom door. Thank you for coffee and filters! 「Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full.
