「The room was incredibly dusty. The sheets didn't feel fresh; there was a lot of hair on them. The floor was dirty—the amount of dust in that room was shocking.」

「The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The important thing is they saved my card information and went back and charged us extra $100.00 on my card after had alreay paid our bill in full when we checked in on July 9,2026 . We also left early morning around 1 am, and our check time wasnot til 11 am on Sunday July 12,2026. We return home that same day 12 noon on July 12,2026. Checked our bank account on that day we return, and nothing was showing ,I checked on Wed. morning to my surprise they had charged...
